BEXT team members are involved in every phase of our projects, from architectural drawings,  engineering, construction, interior design, staging, and marketing. Projects are chosen by location, price, and for their open volumes and "loft-like" appeal. Consideration is always given to salvaging, re-using, and recycling old materials, and using eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
